Mr. Arsene Noel was born to and raised by the late Hermond and Vernesil Noel, in a Christian home in La Gonave, Haiti. Deacon Arsene Noel left his native land and traveled to the United State of America, at a middle age, searching for a place for retirement. From there he made his way to Maimi, then Lakeland and last Orlando and decided to make Orlando his home for more than 33 years. Deacon Arsene Noel was extremely passionate about spreading the good news that Jesus saves. He received his certificate in theology 2004 from international seminary base in Orlando Florida, in June 2008 Deacon founded Haitian Baptist Community in his own house until we join the Hope Church in 2012. He was preceded in death by his brother, Cedieu Noel.
