Bernard Presume te fèt yon 20 Aout nan lane 1966 nan vil Cap-Haitien. Li te 2ème pitit  nan yon fanmiy ki te genyen 6 timoun. Bernard te fé klas primè li nan lekol  Antenor Firmin, aprè sa lalkontinye lekol secondè li nan College Anne Marie nan vil Cap-Haitien. Bernard se te yongran Bòs Peintre, li te yon gran Bòsmason tou.

Nan jou ki te 14 Aout nan lane  2001, li te marye avèk madanmli ki rele Louise Marie Beausejour. Yo te fè yon sèl pitit gason kirele Mycky Presume.Nan lane 2000 Bernard te oblije kite Haitipou li te rantre Etazini pou li te kapab pran swen fanmil. Bernard te  yon gran travayè,  kèlke ané aprè li te voyé chèche madanm li ak pitit gason li. Bernard se te youn moun ki renmenmoun bò kotel, se pa moun ki konn nan problèm evèk lòt moun,tout moun se te zanmil li toujou vle ede moun nan tout sa wap fèse te yon moun ki te toujou cool.

Bernard kite nou pou 04 Novamn e li kite anpil moun ak dlo nan je: Manmam li Marie Therèse Sévère; Madanm li Louis Marie Beausejour ; pitit gason li Mycky Presume; Frè ak sè li : Jean Marie Presume, Eveno Presume, Marise Presume, Françoise Presume. tout lòt fanmiy ak zanmi li yo.

Bernard Presume was born on August 20, 1966 in the city of Cap-Haitien, Haiti. He was the second child in a family of 6 children. Bernard did his primary school at Antenor Firmin School, after that he continued his secondary schooling at Anne Marie College in Cap-Haitien. Bernard was a great Master Painter, he was also a great Master Builder.

In 2000 Bernard had to leave Haiti and migrated to the United States so he could better provide for his family. On August 14, 2001, he married his wife Louise Marie Beausejour. They have one son Mycky Presume. Bernard was a great worker, a few years later he sent for his wife and son. Bernard was a personwho loved people around him. He was not a person who knewabout other people's problems. Everyone was friendly, healways wanted to help people in everything he did. He was always a cool person.

Bernard passed away on November 04, 2024 and he leaves a lot of people with tears: His mother Marie Therese Sévère; His wife: Louis Marie Beausejour; his son Mycky Presume; His siblings: Jean Marie Presume, Eveno Presume, Marise Presume, Françoise Presume and all his other family and friends.
