Celicia Pluviose

Celicia Pluviose was born on May 31, 1955 in Borgne, Cap Haitian, Haiti to the late Sifilia Destine and Magloire Toussaint. Celicia was married to Altieri Pluviose, the union was blessed with 5 children who became 4 nurses and 1 doctor.

Celicia moved permanently to the USA in 2003.  While residing in the US, she truly lived the fullest through simple pleasures; attending church services, watching basketball games, watching family Feud on TV, spending quality time with her family.

On November 14, 2018 Celicia was called Home to be with the Lord.                                                                                                                                                                                            Her Final days were spent surrounded by her family.

Her beautiful life will forever be cherished in the lives of her husband Altieri Pluviose.

Her sister: Mariella Diverge

Her niece: Dieula Toussaint and host of devoted nieces, nephews, cousins and friends affected by this loss.
