Fritz Guerilus Sr. was born on June 18th, 1951 in the country of Haiti on the island of La Gonave. Fritz moved to Brooklyn NY to start a new life with his young family in the 1980s.
Fritz lived a full life, as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses, a Husband, a Father, an entrepreneur, a videographer, a photographer, and a cab driver. He was a hard worker, sometimes he worked too hard, but that was who he was. He was multilingual, very friendly, very intelligent, very handsome, very funny and a good friend. He loved to do photography and videography for weddings and other happy occasions. He didn’t just take pictures, but he captured the moments and memories that made life happy.
Fritz dedicated his life to serve Jehovah God as one of his witnesses. He was far from perfect and was inactive for some time. But he later re-energized his faith in Jehovah and became active again. He was associated with the South Haitian Creole Orlando Congregation in Orlando FL. He remained faithful until his death.
Fritz had faith in the Bible’s words of Jehovah God’s promise of a resurrection for the dead to be brought back to life, found in John CH-5 Vs.28, 29. He had faith in Jehovah’s plan in 1st Corinthians CH-15 V.26, to bring the last enemy death, to nothing.
Fritz would only want us to cry because we’ll miss him for a short time. But he would also want us to be happy because we will see him soon when he is resurrected and brought back to life on a paradise earth.
His faith was strong, but his heart wasn’t as strong. He survived several heart attacks and heart issues.
On Tuesday, April 24th, 2018, Mr Fritz Guerilus was called Home to be with Jehovah.
He leaves to cherish his memories:
His wife: Reina
His children: Ashley, Laura, Fritz Jr, Judith, Juan, Kendall, Sandra, Stephanie, Joann, Ronald and Sarah
His sisters: Roseleine, Anne-Marie, and Emitese
His brothers: Michel, Oles, Roussin, Luckner, and Eliçois.
His grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of other families and friends who have been affected by this loss.
