Georgette Jean-Louis was born on January 21,7938, at the lsaie Jeanty hospital in Port-au-Prince, Haiti from Fanelie Elisma Jean-Louis and Mondestime Andre. 5he was her mother joy until her little sister (late Marie Carmel Borthes) come alone 18 years later and most of all her aunt Florine second daughter and protegee. Graduated from JB Damien in hospitality and culinary art. She was a seamstress, an avid playwriter/Sketches of her neighborhood, making summer vacation in Bon-Repos the best place to be. Mother of 6, grandmother of 13, great- grandmother of 23 and widow to her beloved husband Joseph LaFosse. ln her spared time, she loved to cook, dance, sing-alone to her favorite's orchestra Jazz des Jeunes, Roger Colas, and Gerard Dupervil. She will be greatly missed.

She was predeceased by her beloved husband Joseph LaFosse, daughters Carline Senat and Joceline Rene. Surviving her children Margarette Jean-Louis, Patrick Baron, Junie LaFosse-Fontus and husband Niki Fontus, Demosthene LaFosse, stepson Jean Marie Elysee LaFosse and her godson Jean Legouaze Joseph. Grandchildren Soshima Solide and husband, Jean Pierrot Solide Junior, Jean Pierrot Solide Fils, Pierre-Mag Solide Agata Jacques Lorenza Mathurin, Stravensky Senat, Reginald Jean-Louis, Line Patricia Jean-Louis, Makenson Rene, Myrline Jeune, Berthony Jeune, Krishna Terry Pierre, Damaris C. Dortch, and Fabrice Fontus. Great grandchildren Tynisha, Tubas, Aishka, Jadore, Adore, Berthina, Fanie, Fransceca, Mackenson, Mickel, Reed, Emmie, Sadora, Anaika, Jivensky, Jivens, Mirlanda, Jayden, Ace, Ysis, Kyara, Rose Berline.
