Gesila Auguste

On the 1st of January ,1951 on the beautiful island of La-Tortue, Haiti, a baby girl was born to proud parents of Elisna Jaspar and Dipemi Auguste. This bundle of joy was given the name Gisela Auguste. She grew up to be a very humble and gentle natured young woman. Gisela Auguste loved her music and dancing and was a forgiven person.

In the year 1981, she moved from Haiti to Miami, Florida, in search of a better future. She left behind five kids in Haiti. Gesila was a hard worker. She then moved to Fort- Lauderdale, Florida where she started her family. Gesila met a young man, Mr. Delhomme and two kids later, the family was complete. She worked in hospitably for many years and loved to take care of her family and friends. A shining diamond, she meant everything to her sons and grandchildren.

Gesila was diagnosed with Melanoma Cancer that took over her lovely spirits. She overcame many obstacles and continued to smile. This lovely matriarch was at the peak of her prime. On the 6th of May 2024, the good lord would deliver her soul from time to eternity.

Her memories will forever live on In the hearts of her Sons, Daughters, Brothers and Sisters.
