Jean Duret

Jean Duret was born on November 22, 1944 in St. Marc, Haiti. Son of Mr. Benjamin Mardi, deceased and Veronique Duret. He did his primary education with Mme. Durocher, and his high school studies at Lycée Pétion. He continued his university studies at Inagué and his professional studies with Julien Crane. He was a professor of Literature and English at the Juvenat Brothers School in Carrefour and at Jonas Augustin College. He was married on April 12, 1976 to his wife Mrs. Marie Lucienne Jean Duret.
