Jean Vivaldy Jasmin

Jean Vivaldy Jasmin, better known as Ti-Papa or Big T, was the son of Christiane Joseph and Fritz Jasmin. He was born on May 14, 1975, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti. He was 9 years old when he moved to Miami, FL, and attended Morningside Elementary, West View Middle, and Miami Beach High. He went to the Dave Marine Institute, which taught him everything involving water, and he became a certified scuba diver. He enjoyed cutting hair and cooking. He had a passion for music, which led him to later create a record company (Cut Throat Records, Inc.). Ti-Pa's favorite colors were white and beige. He was a very humble  person whom everyone loved to be around. He was a loving, caring, compassionate son, brother, father, nephew, uncle, cousin, and friend who was called home on January 31, 2023.

Ti-Pa was a very loving father, leaving two daughters and a son behind. Harmonie Jasmin, Chanel Jasmin, and Jean V. Jasmin, Jr.

Ti-Pa had nine siblings, which included five sisters and four brothers: Magareth Pierre, Marie-Joseph Jasmin, Kettle Semion, Marie Carline Esperance, Woldryne Fils-Aime, Jean W. Jasmin, Kilvin Jasmin, Johnny Jasmin, and Jemmy Jasmin.

Ti-Pa was blessed with a large and loving family. He was full of life, smoove, always smiling, and came up with creative ideas. Ti-Pa will always be remembered as a caring and compassionate person who always put others before himself. He was a true friend to all and will be deeply missed. His captivating soul will live on forever.
