Jude Nezier was born on September 2, 1979 in Marigot, St. Martin to the parentage of Elias and Laurette. Jude came to the U.S. as a small child to be with his mother and twin sister Julia in Brooklyn, NY where he graduated at Clara Barton High School at the age of 17. Following a training program in dental technician, Jude immediately acquired a job at a dental lab company helping mold dental structures of patients to develop dentures for their dental needs. After almost 20 years residing in Brooklyn, Jude relocated with his mom to Florida. Jude always enjoyed working with his hands. While in Florida, he found a part-time job doing carpentry work to help his mother provide for the household. He also wanted to learn how to fix and build cars, and went to study mechanics at an automotive school. Furthermore, Jude attained extensive work experience as a cook at reputable restaurants and soon discovered he had a desire to become a chef. In his last career venture, Jude was hired by Gaylord Palms Marriot’s resorts restaurant in Kissimmee, FL and was quite excited about his new opportunity. He achieved a chef position with on the job training and worked full-time with the company for two years. Jude loved creating different dishes and recipes to improve his chef skills. Jude loved to watch basketball, going to the movies, laughing, joking and spending time with family and friends. Jude was always known to be a strong spirited person despite the pains he endured.
