Justine Augusma

Justine Noel Augusma was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti on July 1, 1940. Through her twenties (20s) and thirties (30s), she served as a secretary in several sectors in Haiti. When she immigrated to the U.S., she thrived as an entrepreneur and local radio host. She was recognized for her endeavors by Commissioner Dorrin Rolle and FANM Association as Mother of the Year.

In her older years, she continued working as an entrepreneur and supported many in the community with food and resources.
Justine transitioned from labor to rest on June 06, 2023 and she will be remembered for her unwavering faith in Jesus Christ and her commitment to be an instrument of love to everyone she met.

She leaves to cherish her precious memories…
Children: Huguette Mortimer, Lucian Bernard, Johanne Bernard, and Lucrece Augusma; Grandchildren: Florian Dupont, Sophia Desir, Ronald Pierre, and Chandly Pierre; Great-Grandchildren: Alexander Brown and Victoria Brown; And a host of other family members and friends that will miss her dearly.
