Louis Germain Horace

Louis Germain Horace was born on November 1st, 1934, in Dubuisson 5eme Section de L’Artibonite commune de St Marc, where he also went to school. He grew up with 8 late siblings and his brother Servet Horace. As a teen he loved spending time with his family and always focused on helping his community. As he got holder, this sparked his passion and became a community organizer and farmer.

In his prime 20’s, he met Lucienne Volcy; they fell in love. They got married and started their family. In 1984, he migrated to USA for a better opportunity. He worked as a landscaper at Woodfield Country Club for 28 years.

Louis G. Horace was a father of twelve children and all of them are in the USA with him. As family, being a kind and dependable father was the utmost importance to Germain. He certainly did not disappoint anyone when it came to wholeheartedly loving his family.

Louis Germain Horace was 88 years young, he passed away on May 12th, 2023 at Broward Health Coral Springs Medical Center where he received intensive care for multiple illnesses.
