Marie Elcie Pierre Louis

Elcie was born in Croix De Bouquet, Haiti on August 7,1959 and passed away on April 4th, 2025 at the Moffitt Cancer Medical Center in Tampa, Florida, after losing her battle with cancer. After completing high school in Haiti, she began to travel to various places in search of a better life. Elcie was married to Eddy Pierre Louis and had five children. During her travels she developed an entrepreneurial spirit, which led her to start many businesses and friendships along the way. In 1992 she moved to the US with her husband and 3 older kids where she later had 2 more kids in Florida. Wherever Elcie went, she made sure her 2 younger siblings accompanied her. Elcie has always had a heart for God, her family and friends. She leaves behind a husband, Eddy and children: Nelson, Johanna, Windy, Kervin, Victor, stepdaughter Eddensly and grandson Antonio. In addition, she leaves 4 living siblings: Amelita, Frank, Myrtho and Wibens along with many beloved nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Elcie was a wonderful,mother, wife, sister and friend. She will truly be Missed.
