Biography of Mesadieu JeanBaptiste
Frere Mesadieu Jean Baptiste was born on March 3, 1945 in Saint Louis du Nord to Mr. Jean Louis Jean Baptiste and Mrs. Florina Jean Baptiste. Like many people of our country, he left Haiti to go to Nassau, Bahamas where he spent many years. He moved to Florida in 1978. There, he met the love of his life, Marie Angelet Michel. The two got married and raised their two children, Angeline and Gabriel.
Frere Mesadieu gave his life to the Lord in 1984 and attended Bethesda United Methodist Church where Pastor Michel Constant is the Lead Pastor. He later became a member at Rock Solid led by Pastor Louverture Lubin where he was a member until his last day. Frere Mesadieu was a very happy person. He was affectionately known as “Frere Pita.” He had a great laugh that would put a smile on your face instantly. He loved dearly his wife and family. He was also a hardworking man and a great provider for his family.
Frere Mesadieu touched many people’s lives because of his joyful and positive attitude. He was like everyone’s father. He was very easy to talk to and would always give you good advice and an encouraging word.
He leaves behind, his loving wife: Marie Jean Baptiste, who took good care of him all the way until he went home to be with the Lord on May 6, 2019. Children: Angeline (Kenon) Williams, Gabriel Sully. Grandchildren: Rashad (Monteria) Johnson, Christa Saint Charles, Aaliyah Sully, Tamia Sully and Chloe Sully. Great grandchildren: Kaytriyonnah, Mariyah, and Teyonnah Johnson. Sisters: Leonne, Francilia, and Amazile Jean Baptiste. Brothers and Sisters-in-law: Mr. & Mrs. Ricot Almonord, Mr. & Mrs. Moise Cerne, Mr. & Mrs. Silien Sanon, Mr. & Mrs. Nordelus Joseph, Mrs. Lexigene Charles.
A lot of nephews and nieces: Norcius, Jean Baptiste, Sanon, Almonord, Eugene, Charles, Cika, Cazimir, Joseph, Paul, Cerne, and Alexandre
