Michel N. Debrosse

Mr. Michel Neptune Debrosse was born on May 21, 1944 in Port-Au-prince, Haiti to the parentage of the late Emile Debrosse and Clairvana Mondesir.  He was a  Major in the Haitian Army, served for 18 years  and was promoted as “M.O.S. Directeur” where he was in charge of orienting maps, operating and maintaining communications equipment.
