Monod Joseph

Monod Joseph was born under the stars on a beautiful Sunday, January 19, 1992, and gracefully returned to them on November 8, 2024. A proud native of Les Cayes, Haiti, he made Tampa, Florida, his home in 2003, creating a life filled with love, creativity, and purpose.

Joseph studied Health Sciences at the University of South Florida, driven by a passion for learning and a genuine desire to grow. His interests extended far beyond academics, encompassing photography, politics, health, fashion, and the arts—a reflection of his boundless curiosity and vibrant spirit.

A true Renaissance soul, Joseph effortlessly balanced a career in healthcare while nurturing his creative pursuits. Whether styling individuals or capturing life’s beauty through his camera lens, his artistry reflected his heart and love for self-expression. To those who knew him, his talents were more than hobbies—they were windows into his unique and compassionate soul.

Joseph was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Jean Smith. He is survived by his beloved mother, Monette; his sisters, Sophia and Asmith; and his brothers, Kepler, and Jonathan Joseph; his nephew, Alleandre-Smith Pierre Charles and his niece, Marilyn Monette Joseph. Their love for him is eternal, and they will forever cherish his memory as a testament to his enduring impact.
