Mrs. Rose Marie Noel, was born on June 15, 1932, to the parentage of the late Niclair Claude and Anite Adme, in a family home in Cayes, Haiti. Deaconess Rosemarie Noel left her native land and traveled to several countries for business purposes to buy and re-sale in Haiti until she decided to stay in the United State of America. In her middle age, while searching for a place to call home, she met the man who pleased her heart. From there she made her way from Miami to Orlando and decided to make Orlando her home for more than 29 years.
