Roze Mehu

ROZE MEHU was born on August 21, 1975, in Miami, FL to Jean Claude and Rosane Mehu.

Roze received her education through Miami Dade County Public Schools, including Miami Edison Senior High where she graduated in 1994. Roze continued her schooling and discovered a passion for the medical field where she worked for quite a few years. She Obtained a degree as a Medical Assistant and later became a Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA) in 2014 at the Academy for Nursing and Health Occupations. While navigating her educational pursuits and becoming a young mother, Rozejuggled various professions to ensure that she provided for her family.

Roze enjoyed spending time alone in a peaceful setting but also cherished her family and the moments she shared with them. Her favorite holidays consisted of Thanksgiving and New Year’s which was spent amongst family and friends. During Roze’s downtime, she loved watching African Cinema, traveling, and going to dinner. At an early age, Roze professed her life to Christ and was baptized. She was a committedfollower of Jesus Christ; Faithfully and Joyfully. Roze was always enthusiastic about going to church and listening to gospel music.

Roze leaves to cherish in her memories: Her loving parents (Jean Claude and Rosane Mehu). Children (Vickie Mehu, Kaylah Fequiere, and son Elijah Mehu). Grandchild (Malachi Bien-Aime). Siblings (Alex and Beatrice Jean-Baptiste, MarieEdith and Arthur Brooks, Herne Jean-Baptiste, Jean Mehu, Claude Mehu, Welda Mehu, Laura and Loubi Desinor. And a host of family, friends, nieces, and nephews.

We thank God for every precious moment that he saw favor to allow us to have with a great Mother, Grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Roze will be truly missed.
