Yanick Christolin

September 29, 1951 — August 17, 2023

Yanick Christolin

How can we quantify or explain who Yanick has been to her family, and to those blessed to have known and experienced her presence, Love, support, and guidance? She was an exemplary woman of God, who had a lot of compassion for others.

No one that has ever gotten close to her can say that they left without being fed or left empty handed. She was always looking for something to give out. Yanick was this wonderful Christian woman who deeply cared for those around her. Everyone near her could feel a caring and gentle soul. Yanick was a devoted mother to her daughter, a loyal wife to her husband, a wonderful sister, a caring daughter, and a reliable friend.

From the time she moved to the United States in 1996, she worked tirelessly to help provide for her family. Her ability to touch people was remarkable. Her relationship with God, her prayerful life, her deep love for her family and her connection to her church family remained strong until her last breath on August 17th, 2023.
Yanick Christolin was born on September 29, 1951 to Pierre Tilus (deceased) et Rose Marie Gilot.

She left behind her husband Jean, her daughter Geraldine, her mom Mrs. Pierre, her sisters Nicole and Queteline, her brother Marc. Her nieces and nephews:  Roumain, Fresny, Nirva, Guyllard, Wiline, Kyle, Laure, Kiara, Dakota, Joanna, Pierre and Zaria; Her in laws, Tracy, Wilson, Rafael, Robert, Marie Claude, Baby, Micheline, Firmante & Pierre. She also left behind her cousins, her friends and other cherished members of the family. We take solace in the fact that we will see her again one day in heaven.
